ITINERARY:

Between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. they must be in Terminal 2 of the El Dorado airport in Bogotá. After a one-hour flight you will arrive at La Macarena, a beautiful Colombian town in the department of Meta.

• Day 1: Reception of passengers at La Macarena airport. After receiving you at the local aerodrome, we will move to the historic center of the municipality. There I receivedflusha talk given by the staff of the National Natural Parks of Colombia. Next, we will go to the river dock to take a boat ride on the Guayabero River. The journey will take us to the jungles of Meta, where we will hike for 30 minutes to Caño Cristalitos. We can cool off in the natural pools of this river! We will have lunch in the open air next to Caño Cristalitos. After lunch, we will return by boat to the La Macarena river dock. From there we will go to a central hotel in the town, where you can have dinner and rest until the next day.

• Day 2: After breakfast at the La Macarena hotel, we return to navigate the Guayabero river by boat to the jungles of Meta. Once we disembarked, we traveled in a 4x4 jeep to Caño Cristales. This channel is also called the river of seven colors since, as we will see, the pigmentation of its sediments gives it multiple shades. From Caño Cristales we will embark on a hiking route to see the natural pools of Los Ochos, El Tapete and the Tourist Pool, among others. After a lunch surrounded by nature, we will return by jeep to the banks of the Guayabero River. From there we will return by boat to the port of La Macarena. At night, we will enjoy a party in the Parrando Llanero style at the hotel. The evening will include a dinner of typical products and live musical performances.

• Day 3: After breakfast at the hotel, we will go by jeep to the Caño de Piedra river, where you can enjoy swimming in the crystalline waters of this riverbed. Then we will take you to the La Macarena airport, where you will take the flight back to Bogotá. The departure of this flight, which lasts one hour, is scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

• This tour includes 2 nights of accommodation with full board in a 3-star hotel in the center of La Macarena. The stay will take place in double or triple rooms.
